Enticing sparkling wine crafted in the Traditional Method (Méthode Champenoise). Begins with beautiful aromas of freshly baked french bread on the nose, followed by fresh cream and apricots on the complex palate. The finish is dry and brisk, yet decadent.
This decadent wine is crafted from from juice from our later press fractions. We fortified the juice with grape spirits and transferred it to oak barrels for a 5-year rest. We followed soléra principles of aging, making small additions to the wine from later vintages to keep the barrels full.
Almonds, hazelnuts, cherry compote, and cocoa tantalize the nose. Aromas of preserved orange peel carry through to the palate and are joined by a harmony of rich caramel, quince paste, marzipan, cloves, and clementines. The creamy, decadent finish lingers on the palate.
Crafted from grapes grown on our sustainably farmed limestone-rich estate vineyard. Black cherries and plums on the nose. The cherries continue on the palate, followed by medium firm tannins on the long, dry finish. Elegance in a glass.
This riesling is a limited production wine crafted solely from grapes grown on Seneca Lake. Hints of orange blossoms on the palate, followed by a burst of fresh, ripe peaches and clementines on the palate, and a long, dry, refreshing finish. Only 38 cases were produced.
The 2018 Sparkling Riesling is crafted in the Traditional Method (Méthode Champenoise) and is fermented in the bottle to create the deliciously delicate bubbles. This fresh, lively, dry sparkler is the perfect way to kick off the celebration, or to enjoy with summer BBQ while dining under the stars!

Dry rose crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Rose petals and strawberries on the nose, followed by a burst of fresh watermelon, raspberries, sour cherries and a hint of salinity on the palate, and a dry, refreshing finish.
This limited production dry Riesling was grown on our limestone rich estate vineyard on Cayuga Lake. Hints of chalk and Meyer lemons on the nose, followed by fresh apricots, lychee fruit, and limes on the palate and a crisp, dry finish.
This Pinot Noir is crafted from the spectacular 2020 vintage which featured hot, dry weather and encouraged the development of beautiful complexity and depth of flavor in the finished wines. Rich plums, cherries, and exotic spices on the nose followed by dark cherries and créme de cassis on the palate and a long, satisfying finish with firm tannins.
Beautifully balanced semi-dry riesling which leans toward the drier side. Golden delicious apples and lemon zest on the nose, followed by mango, guava, and lychee fruit on the palate, and a mouthwatering finish that refreshes the senses.
