Hints of chalky minerality, key limes, and green apples on the nose, the citrus notes continue on the palate, along with a burst of apricots and fresh cream. The finish is brisk, dry, and refreshing.

This Chardonnay is crafted from fruit grown on two vineyards: The cooler climate Hobbit Hollow Farm which offers freshness and balance, and the warmer climate Nutt Road Vineyard which offers luscious stone fruit and decadence.
We craft our Chardonnay with an aim to bring out the luxurious complexity of this classic grape. We handpick then carefully press the grapes at cool temperatures before gently transferring the juice to oak barrels for undergo fermentation. Over the course of 64 days, the wine developed its character through primary fermentation, followed by a malolactic fermentation which finished by winter. To encourage a rich and complex palate, we regularly stirred the lees in the barrel for 10 months, creating a tantalizing mouthfeel that lingers with each sip.
This Chardonnay pairs perfectly with a classic New-England seafood boil of lobster, clams, mussels, potatoes and corn on the cob. The wine is also rich and substantial enough to pair with roasted Thanksgiving turkey and all of the meal's accompaniments.
