Aromas of green anjou pears, tangerines and chalk on the nose, followed by an alluring burst of fresh apricots, mangoes, and lychee on the palate, and a crisp, dry refreshing finish.

Crafted from grapes grown on Nutt Road Vineyard (32%) on Seneca Lake's West side, and Seneca East Vineyard (68%) on Seneca Lake's East side.
The 2021 vintage began with a mild winter and was followed by a cool spring, a mid-may bud break, and a mid-June bloom. Early summer temperatures and precipitation were on par with regional averages, but July and August brought heavy rainfall. Fortunately, sunny dry weather in September allowed the Riesling grapes to ripen and develop beautiful balance and character.
Harvested fruit was basket pressed and chilled. Fermentation lasted for an average of 84 days at 53 degrees in stainless steel tanks.
Pairs beautifully with rich dishes like cassoulet, or spicy dishes like pan seared scallops with spicy papaya sauce.
